Grape and/or lemon juices with 45 ml (approx. 3 Tbsp) cold-pressed olive oil or linseed oil are excellent choices for breakfast, which will make you last until lunch without anything else. This breakfast made of juice cleanses the intestine including the liver. 2. Eat foods rich in fibre. Eat food with more fiber. Animal products such as meat, fish and egg, etc. contain no fiber. You should increase your intake of vegetables, fruit, cereals (grains and beans), along with your favorite nuts. 3. Exercise. Master your emotions. We need to lower our stress levels. Stress, fear and hate are strong emotions that can cause constipation. We must learn to lower our stress levels to a comfortable level. Yoga, Qigong, meditation, breathing exercises and variety of activity as well as rest are the most effective methods. .
5. Eat toxin-free foods. Organic food contains fewer toxins but often more nutrients than none organic food, and eating organic food you will encourage increased cultivation on nature's own terms, which will make you feel good about that too.
